Rejected

This is the folder for any submissions that were rejected for whatever reason. Maybe the CP did not respond to Revision requests, or the content submitted just didn't fit the current issue's theme or the zine's goals. These are kept here in case future issues might find them useful, or a CP finally responds later, and just to verify that it was received so that the process isn't started over if people forget something has already been accepted before, only to be rejected again for the same reasons. Whenever something is moved to this rejected folder, the rejector needs to email the Content Provider, and any other Editorial staff, with a brief explanation as to the reason for rejection, this explanation should also be included in the file's description/comments when placed in this folder.
